As of January, 1, 2008, all sales are final and returns will not be allowed! This policy is final and there will be no exceptions!
As of January, 1, 2008, Product warranty will be offered only on products that are installed by professional electrical generator technicians and the product is manufactured and advertised as fully repairable such as the UVR, X, XR and SE series products!
Products that are more than 25% encapsulated will have been certified and fully tested, but warranty will not apply to these products!
The reason for this policy is because it would be impossible for us to assess the reason for failure on an encapsulated product.
All of our products are individually tested on both a static tester and an actual generator before being certified for packaging.
